Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Products must generally be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging unless the item is faulty.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear supporting photographs where requested.

Submitting a return request does not automatically mean the return has been approved.

Approved returns must be sent to the return location provided by our customer service team.

Please do not send returns to any address unless instructed by us.
